1. Go to www.tenantev.com 

• Create an account

• Enter 6225 for the property code and select that which applies (Rent / Lease; Purchase; Guest / Additional Resident)

• Click the "Next" button and the address will show: 3700 Inverrary Drive (that is the condo office address), then click the "Next" button

• Fill out the online Application

• The last step will be the payment of the $100 Application fee per person, unless married..

2. Upload the following paperwork for Association's approval:

​

• color copy of your driver's license

• 4 current pay stubs 

• previous year W2 (or 1099) and tax return

• 2 previous months of bank statements 

• auto insurance and registration

• 3 pics of the car (front, back and side)

• The Lease we will send to you to esign

P.S. The Association loves phone numbers, so don't forget to put your work phone number and the name of your supervisor (if any). Also, the name and phone number of your current Landlord.

   Wait 2 weeks or even less and ..... voila ..... You are successfully approved !!!
